Crypto Deposits and Withdrawals

With the release of our 2.0 Update, customers can now fund their Voyager accounts with Bitcoin and Ethereum and sell it to USD to trade 20+ crypto assets, commission-free. They can also pay a friend or a merchant with BTC and ETH or transfer their crypto to the wallet of their choice directly from the Voyager app. Learn more here.

Voyager 2.0 Update

In addition to crypto deposits and withdrawals, Voyager's 2.0 Update introduced limit orders for BSV, ETC, XRP, and ZEC, instant deposits for active traders, and improved pricing. For more details on our biggest update yet, click here.

Now Trading ETHOS

Since we first partnered with Ethos, it's been our goal to provide a fiat gateway to Ethos customers, and this month we delivered. ETHOS is now live for trading in the Voyager app with USD!

Upon regulatory approval, ETHOS will be integrated into Voyager’s trading ecosystem to offer customers access to advanced features including live trading of self-custodied assets, discounted live-trading fees, and cash back rewards. Learn more about what’s coming here.

Letter to Share Holders

At the end of Voyager's fiscal year, we announced the company's key achievements since going public to our shareholders. See highlights below:

  • Now live in 49 states in the United States
  • 4x increase in new customer accounts in June alone
  • Average of 8 trades executed per customer in June
  • Improved pricing on more than 90% of the trades
  • Acquired a FINRA-regulated broker dealer
  • Pending regulatory approval on the Ethos wallet acquisition

Private Placement at $0.80

Following our Letter to Shareholders, Voyager announced a private placement for 3,045,397 units of the Company, at a price of CA$0.80 per unit, totaling CA$2,436,317 (US$1,845,700).

The investment was led by Dattels & Company Limited and Susquehanna Government Products LLP and included an existing Voyager Board Member.
