Today, we're excited to release Voyager's 2.2.0 update, including the Voyager Interest Program, the new Voyager Token (VGX), faster crypto deposits and withdrawals, and more.
All Voyager users are eligible for the Voyager Interest Program, but Android Beta users will not see the front end updates or other features included below. The Voyager Token will be updated on all Voyager platforms.
Voyager Interest Program
The Voyager Interest Program is now live in the app! We're currently offering 3% interest on Bitcoin (BTC) and 5% interest on the Voyager Token (VGX), formerly Ethos (ETHOS). To participate in the program, customers must hold a minimum monthly average balance of .01 BTC and 2,000 VGX.
Rates are subject to change and will be updated in the app on the Crypto Interest page. You can also track your monthly average balance and the amount of interest you've earned on the Portfolio page. Learn more.
Android users are also eligible for the Voyager Interest Program but cannot currently track their interest in the app. If you're an Android user and you don't want to participate in the interest program, email [email protected] to opt-out.
The Voyager Token
Ethos (ETHOS) has officially been rebranded to the Voyager Token (VGX) on all Voyager platforms.
The Voyager Token (VGX) rewards users within the Voyager trading ecosystem. As mentioned above, VGX generates 5% interest when held in the Voyager app and will soon offer cash back rewards, and other exclusive features.
Improved Deposits & Withdrawals
With this update, we improved the speed and efficiency of crypto deposits and withdrawals.
While most transfers initiated between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST will complete within a couple of hours, crypto withdrawals are reviewed to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations. Please allow a maximum of 24-hours for your crypto to reach its destination, especially for those submitted overnight.
Bug Fixes
Also included are general bug fixes, back end upgrades, and performance improvements.

To access Voyager's 2.2.0 update, head to the Apple App Store and download the latest version. Please note, this release is only for iOS. We're working hard to complete our Android beta testing and release the app with the full suite of iOS features. Stay tuned!
