To meet the rapid increase in demand, we are investing significantly in our support infrastructure, enhancing our tech platforms, and growing our support team at all levels. We appreciate your patience while we scale our team and our systems so that we can improve our response time to customer support requests.
Please know our team is working hard to respond to and resolve your requests. To prevent further delays, we kindly ask that if you’ve already submitted a support request, please do not submit a second request for the same issue.

Withdrawal Requests
We are aware withdrawals are taking longer than usual, and the team is working to process withdrawal requests as well as enable transfers on more assets in the Voyager app. Please know that all funds and assets are safe as we work through our withdrawal queue.
Customer Waitlist Is Active
To honor our current customers and ensure you get the best experience possible, the waitlist is now active for new users and any previously approved accounts with a zero or negative USD balance. Customers on the waitlist will be notified to complete their sign-up process on a rolling basis as we work to get all waitlisted accounts access as quickly as possible.
We expect to lift the waitlist in the near-future so new customers will be able to, once again, quickly sign up for a Voyager account.
