Voyager filed documents with the Court that list customer account holdings as of July 5th, when the restructuring process began. These documents are known as the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (the “Schedules”).
You will soon receive an email from “Voyager Digital Restructuring,” which will provide a unique link and personal identification number to allow you to view how Voyager lists your account holdings. Your account information will only be visible to you and will not be posted publicly.
Please take the time to review the information on the Schedules in the email. If you agree with Voyager’s records as filed, you do not need to complete and submit a claim form; no further action is required. If you disagree with the information, or if your claim was marked as “contingent,” “unliquidated,” or “disputed,” you will need to submit proof of claim on or before the Bar Date of October 3, 2022, at 5:00 PM EST. You can file a claim on our case website here.
If you no longer have access to your Voyager account email address or need to change the address we have on file for you, please submit a support ticket to Voyager here. If this is the case, or if we receive notice that our email to your address has bounced back, we will send you a copy of the relevant materials via postal mail.
You may also submit a paper claim form via first-class U.S. Mail, overnight mail, or another hand-delivery system, which must include an original signature, to the following address:

Separately, since the establishment of a bid deadline for Voyager, existing and potentially new bidders have requested additional time to get information and submit their offers. As part of our continued effort to maximize value, we have agreed with the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors to extend the bid deadline to September 6th at 12:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern time. If applicable, we will have a Sale Hearing on September 29th.
